Four Remakes Of A Single Movie??

100 million dollars is being invested by a Bollywood Production House to make four versions of SHOLAY. In the year 1975 SHOLAY created ripples throughout the Asian countries. This film ran for years in theatres. This film is about two reformed crooks who save a village from a cruel brutal bandit. The bandit Gabbar Singh acted by Amjad Khan became so popular in this movie for he is portrayed as a tobacco-chewing, maniacal villain with staccato laughter.

The film was repackaged at various times, but an official remake is now going to be made by the Pritish Nandy Communications which has signed a deal with the producers of the original. The plan is to film a remake, a prequel, a sequel and an animated version of SHOLAY.
